Funded by the Moen Scholarship Endowment, the annual concert provides an inspirational model for students who may wish to pursue study of the instrument.

The endowed scholarship enables talented students to enroll at Luther and affords ongoing assistance through four years of study. Kathryn Ulvilden Moen is a 1941 graduate of Luther who continues to maintain an active career in the organ and church music profession.
